Please read all rules carefully regarding admission, studies, examinations, and institutional policies.

Rules Regarding Studies & Examinations

  • Students must regularly participate in contact programs conducted by the university.
  • Admission should be taken after proper consultation with parents/guardians.
  • Examination fees are non-refundable once submitted.
  • Re-appearing candidates in the next year get 50% exam fee concession only.
  • Application must be submitted again for re-appearing in exams.
  • On-demand examinations are conducted in March, June, September, and December.
  • Examination forms must be submitted by 30th March (late fee till 30th April).
  • Certificates are issued only after passing all parts of the examination.
  • Changes in address/course/subject require additional fees and are restricted after 2 months.
  • Students must carefully select examination center and subjects during application.
  • All disputes will be resolved by the University-appointed committee; decisions are final.

Rules Regarding Result & Scrutiny

  • Result scrutiny fee is ₹250 per subject (within 30 days of result declaration).
  • Only marks totaling and entries will be checked.
  • Re-evaluation of answer sheets is not permitted.
  • Scrutiny is not conducted in presence of the student.
  • Any correction will be updated and communicated officially.

Rules Regarding Application & Admission

  • Application forms must be filled correctly and completely.
  • Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
  • Examination forms must be submitted through authorized centers only.
  • Category students must attach valid certificates (SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen).
  • Fees must be paid in installments or full (10% discount on full payment).
  • Non-payment may lead to cancellation and restriction from exams.
  • Study materials are provided without extra charges.
  • Payments must be made through approved methods (Bank Draft / M.O.).
  • Medium of instruction: Hindi & English.

Rules for Examination & Study Centres

  • Only one center per district is generally allowed.
  • Additional centers must maintain a minimum distance of 20 km.
  • New centers are approved initially for 3 years.
  • Minimum 35 students required per session.
  • No center can open sub-centers without approval.
  • Centers must operate within approved jurisdiction.

Rules of Remuneration

  • 2–10 students: 10% + study material
  • 11–24 students: 20% royalty + study material
  • 25–150 students: 25% royalty + study material
  • 151–399 students: 30% royalty + study material
  • 400+ students: 35% royalty + study material
  • Remuneration is paid after exams completion.
  • No payment if students pay only one installment.

Note: All students, centers, and stakeholders are required to strictly follow the above rules and guidelines. Any violation may result in cancellation of admission or privileges.
